Elevate student experiences and outcomes by enhancing our use of data to inform instruction and program development, engaging in and promoting research on the education of girls of color, and developing robust enrichment, service, and travel programs for students.

A tuition-free school requires a commitment to long-term financial planning and a robust fundraising infrastructure. With a strong financial foundation, our future plans will guarantee the resources necessary to provide a WSG education for the next generation of girls.
We Will
Build on our legacy of thoughtful donor stewardship, increase our fundraising capacity, and expand our network of support and visibility in the community to support new and existing programming while growing long-term reserves including endowment.
